· Information provided by you or your accountant or other authorized agent, construction cost documents, change orders, invoices, depreciation schedules, escrow statements and any other documents depicting confidential financial information with respect to the cost of your property.
· Information that we develop as part of the engagement.

As cost segregation professionals, we are required to keep all information about our engagement confidential, so we will not disclose any information about you unless we have your approval or as required/permitted by law. This applies even if you are no longer a client or if you never become a client.

As with professional etiquette, we are committed to safekeeping of your confidential information.
